United States: 13 killed in a shootout in the offices of the Navy

A shooting at an office building in the U.S. Navy in Washington Monday morning killed 13 people , including the gunman whose motives remain unknown , and at least a dozen injured .
President Barack Obama has ordered flags to half-mast until Friday evening as a sign of respect for the victims , said the White House .
