THE WATER SHORTAGE IN DAKAR - When the government is lying to the people

The Minister of Water and Sanitation , Pape Diouf stepped into the breach on Monday during a press briefing to provide assurance that the Dakar will be well supplied with water from this Tuesday morning. But the constant is on the ground last Tuesday in Dakar and its suburbs is quite different. Water shortage persists in Dakar and its suburbs until Wednesday. Pope Minister Diouf he lied to Senegal ? Everything leads to believe.

This was during a press briefing in his ministry that Pape Diouf , Minister of Water and Sanitation , announced the end of the plight of people in Dakar who are victims of cuts water repetitive since 12 September , following failures station Keur Momar Sarr . " From 12 to 13 September , there is a failure in the new plant Keur Momar Sarr that broke , our teams have worked on in carrying out repairs, but this time , we had to change some parts of the plant , which is made of 90% after the director of the Sde . So we assure you that at 2 o'clock in the morning everything will be set for later that morning the water supply back to normal, " announced Minister Pape Diouf . Today (Tuesday - Editor's note) , the situation this morning in Dakar and its suburbs is that the water still does not flow in the taps . People continue to live the ordeal . Pope Minister Diouf did he not lied to Senegal by announcing the end of the water shortage later yesterday to 2am ? So until yesterday, Tuesday , at 12 hours, the water is still not flowing in the taps . Today, Wednesday , the precious liquid is still not available. The Senegalese people deserve this punishment that they subjected them . Not already severely hit by the high cost of living , power cuts , people can no longer tolerate this situation. Prime Minister Aminata Toure is challenged . She was appointed to his post to " accelerate the pace " and solve the problems of Senegal. But not to slow down and add to the problems of Senegal. While she went to Keur Momar Sarr and came back with threats of sanctions , but it is not enough. If evil persists is that the government will eventually reach its limits in the management concerns of Senegal. In this case , Mimi Toure and his Minister of Sanitation and Water Pape Diouf must release the floor.
